Huge fan of Sorel so I am admittedly a bit biased. Bought a pair of caribous when I was 13 and still wear them today at 50. Love their slippers as well though they are not quite as durable.
Wore these boots everyday for a three week trip through German Christmas markets, tobogganing on Mt. Titlis in Switzerland and Disneyland Paris. Temps never got above 34 degrees and were well below freezing most of the time. These boots are super comfortable and at no time were my feet even chilly.
I recommend an insole for those who want more arch support and be aware of the lack of grommet for the second eyelet when tying them (they really should add a grommet there). One of the best pairs of shoes I have ever owned. Tempted to buy a second pair so I have another when the pair I have now wear out.

Great Walking Boot!

I bought these for walking my dog in the cold and light snow. I have the full size Buxton for heavier snow and the Lite seemed right for walking. Felt good right out of the box. I upsized so I could layer poly and wool socks and the fit is perfect. I’m hoping they age well.

Design flaw

Great shoe but eyelet broke through after only a couple of months. The eyelet on other shoe is also about to break. This is a design flaw on an otherwise great shoe. For the price, this should be covered under warranty.
