I purchased the Timberland Men's White Ledge Mid Waterproof Hiking Shoe and I am very happy with it.
It fits me very well (size 8), is comfortable to walk in and to wear for extended periods of time, and its waterproof feature is serving me very well in Toronto this Christmas which has had a lot of snow.

So not buy it!!!

Two weeks after purchase, with proper daily care of the shoes, they lost their appearance. The laces are peeling and keep coming undone no matter how hard you tighten them. Combined with price and quality, I do not recommend purchasing these boots!!!

Great fit and a solid grip.

Bought this shoe on the first day of landing in Canada. This is perfect till ankel length snow. The grip is solid and provides an extra confidence while walking. I haven't had any problem with water sneaking into the shoes yet.

Solid Hiking Shoe

Comfortable, good support. Haven't tested to see how waterproof they are. The only thing I would have liked to have changed about them is to make them a boot and cover the ankle to give even more support for harder hikes.

Good casual or Hike boot

This is a good boot that can be worn casually but also for hiking. My husband bought for casual wear in winter and they seem to be standing up in the winter weather.

Not Timberland's Best Boot

These boots are ok for everyday walking. The Euro Hikers or White Ledge are better for actual rugged terrain with higher ankle support
