No blisters, super comfortable

Amazing! I bought these for a hiking trip to Banff/Glacier National Park where I hiked 60 miles in 7 days without even breaking the shoes in and I had no blisters. My husband bought expensive hiking shoes and my Merrells did just as great at half the cost. I still can’t believe how comfortable they were. For me, they were perfect!

Cute/Fun/Mostly Comfy

I am new at wearing proper footwear on my walks, so these were my first attempt to find something stable/cute/comfortable. They mostly fit the bill, but give some foot pain for sure. That could be my foot's own issue. They're maybe a bit stiffer than I need. Pretty comfy out of the box and definitely have gotten compliments.

I Regret This Choice

I was encouraged to get a larger half size for width. I don’t think these will hold up for my distance walking. They will break down. They give me blisters. There is some comfort to their design but they weren’t a great choice for me, although I love the brand and have loved others I’ve purchased, this one is a regret.

Good, supportive trail walker

Great trail walking shoe/sneaker. Firmer tread than a typical sneaker. Good support but still I use orthotic insoles as I have plantar fasciitis and use orthotics in everything. I take a size 8 or 8.5, and for the Speed strike 2 the 8 fits really well.

so comfy and a really cute chunky shoe for regular days. also good room around the toe area for your feet to splay. only problem is the cord shoelaces untie really easily, but can be solved by doing a double knot.

Bought these for specifically hiking in steep , dry, slippery conditions and these did not disappoint. Super comfertable, even the first time breaking them in, and also felt supportive. Great price as well!

Super comfortable. I’ve always worn Merrell hiking shoes but have never found a pair as comfortable as these are. And I love the colour choices.
