Keeps feet warm and dry but...

These are good at keeping my feet very warm and dry, however they aren't the most comfortable for walking 2-3 miles in. I have flat feet and usually wear and 8 wide in shoes. I bought an 8 medium in these boots and wear with thick wool socks and the fit is good. I wore them when it was in the low teens for an hour and they kept my feet warm. I read another review that these boots were good on ice and I had the opposite experience. They did not keep me from sliding on the icy sidewalks. I stepped in slushy snow puddles, covering the top of the foot part of the boot and these kept my feet dry. But after walking my dog a few miles in these my feet felt tired and sore.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Disappointing

I bought these from a recommendation for my sister-in-law. I have a pair of Muk boots for tomorrow or mother, but I live in Ohio and it’s been incredibly cold the last several weeks. I work a barn on my feet have been freezing. I was so excited to get these and equally disappointed Once I wore them. The first couple times I wore them it was about -10° and my feel were cold and my left foot especially with freezing despite the fact I had on two pairs of wool socks. I’ve worm them several more times, and although comfortable, my feet were still cold (left foot worse) even with the temperature at 20 degrees.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not warm

This is my third pair of Muck boots and I am very disappointed. The last two pairs - worn over a 8-year span, were warm and rugged. I bought the Arctic II for this third pair to replace an Arctic II pair whose soles were coming off the boot. I've worn the new boots for a week in 30 F temps, active and doing standing chores outside. I wore wool socks and layered clothing. The boots are cold, feel skimpier on the lower legs and under my feet than the old pair (which I've kept) and basically don't live up to the description of warm to -40 F temps. At this point I'm going to Shoe-goo my old ones!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Legit waterproof boots

I bought these for the cold weather after I moved to Colorado. I wanted a mid-size boot that would keep snow from getting inside. After a couple of hours of breaking them in, I discovered that the edge at the top of the boots can rub against your shin over time if you’re not wearing knee-high socks to prevent skin irritation. So my solution is to always wear knee-high socks instead of ankle socks. That said, these boots have given me the best waterproofing compared to other boots I’ve tried.

Great boot for spring and fall… not winter

I work on a farm and these are my second pair of arctic muck boots. I get two years worth of wear before they start cracking too much which is expected because I wear them all day everyday November-April. For me, they are ideal for temperatures between 30-60 f, but any colder than 28 and my toes get numb instantly, so for extra chilly days I opt for my sorrel boots that have way better insulation. I’m a size 7 and the 7 fits perfectly whether I’m wearing thick or thin socks which is great.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great boots

I work in vet med and I know many vets that have these brand of boots and have enjoyed them! I decided to try them out and have had no regrets! They definitely keep my feet dry, but on very cold days (I live up north) I’d still recommend wearing some thick socks! The shorter boots are nice if you are crouching more/working lower in my opinion and have this far been great. I can’t speak for durability as much as I have only had them for a few weeks.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Love these boots for walking on snow and ice

I bought these a month ago because I needed something to keep my toes warmer then the bogs I was wearing, and I needed something that was better for walking on ice packed snow just to get to my garage. This are GREAT for both of those. The only think I wished I'd done was bought the taller boot, when snow shoeing I still get a little snow down the boot, but that is not a problem when I'm wearing gattors or snow pants.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Love the boots!

Love these! So comfy and warm! Easy to walk the dog in snow/ice/melting snow and even the sidewalk! I am not a big boot person and also have bad feet & usually in sneakers. I had been using my husbands because of all the snow this year and decided to order my own. The men's fits a little bigger/wider but these are great! So happy with my purchase! I am getting both my daughters a pair!

Yes, I recommend this product.
