[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swear by Brooks ghost shoes. I walk about 20 miles a day and the brooks ghost hold up. I’m very hard on my shoes so I just order on repeat. And knock on wood - no ankle or foot injuries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cushiony and soft! While I love the Ghost 2, the 3 has a rounder toe end. They are a bit of a different feel, but they don’t hurt my feet at all and are very comfy.

My 2nd time purchasing Ghost Max sneakers and they're my favorite shoes I've ever owned! I walk several miles in them almost every day and I never have hip, knee, or foot pain. Also love the colors they come in. I recommend them to all of my friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how comfortable this shoe is! I have had tendonitis in my foot for months. I have always worn Brooks shoes for my Hiit workouts. I have always enjoyed the support I get with Brooks. My last pair was the Adrenaline and I really like it. However, I decided to buy another pair since mine were getting a bit worn. I ended up ordering the Ghost Max 3 and when I put it on, I felt like I was walking on a cloud! I couldn't believe how comfortable it was. I ended up wearing them all day. The next day I wore them for my Hiit workout and it was literally the first time in weeks that my foot didn't hurt during a workout. I am so happy with my new shoes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went and got custom orthotics in May and she recommended the Ghost Max 3. Roadrunner had me in the Gts stability shoes for the last few years but always had some pain. I deal wLiterally saved my life from all the pain I was in. I have worn Brooks for years. I pre-ordered the 4’s and received them. The only reason I am giving the 3’s 4 stars as I love the new ones more. The toe box feels a little more narrower and has a little more structure. My 3’s were stretching out a little after 4 months. I wear an 11 and wanted to get another pair while they still had them in stock plus on sale but also bit the bullet and ordered the Max 4. Kept this pair in the box until the 4’s came. Well I have ordered another pair of the 4’s and returned these. The Ghost max fits my custom orthotics perfectly. I still wear my max 3’s but now have become my garden / mowing shoes.

Customer service was wonderful! Very easy to return shoe. they had suggested the Ghost 18, which I have ordered. The problem with the Ghost 3 it was rubbing my ankle, sitting to high, it also seemed real stiff. My podiatrist had recommended the Ghost or Glycerin due to my Arthritic foot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two pairs of Ghost MAX 3's; and they are the most comfortable shoes I've worn. I am a retired nurse and wish I'd had the MAX 3's while working in hospital. I recommend slightly longer shoelaces because a knot is needed or the laces become undone when walking. I have read Brooks history and they know feet!

Purchased Max 3 on sale & Max 4 at the same time. My custom orthotic is too short & toes hang when orthotics shift, same orthotic fits well in the #4. Also, width is too narrow & experiencing small toe discomfort after wearing a short time. The width is very comfortable in the #4. Because of the obvious size disparity the shoes just looks clunky. Although I have only worn them in the house, I’m guessing there are no refunds on sale shoes. .

I had a pretty poor experience with these shoes. They are not supportive of supination or high arches and caused significant foot pain and numbness over the course of several weeks before I ditched them. Disappointed, because I do like how springy they feel.

However, since wearing them on my 3-mile walks in the mornings, my feet have developed pretty ugly, painful blisters on the bottoms of my heels. Now I’ve had to invest in special anti blister socks, anti glide for feet, and blister bandages.
