Poor service

The shoes came in the incorrect size, I got the next size up and they were even smaller!! Then was forced to get a gift card that I can not even use online! Not happy at all!

Very comfy

These fit true to size and are very comfortable. The only downside is that the traction wears out fairly quickly with regular use thus the drop in stars. Otherwise, it’s a great shoe.

Imbox shoe protection does not work

I got the imbox shoe protection on my shoes. It doesn’t work. It’s quite literally just a money grab. It’s only an extra $10 but completely pointless. There employees are trained to pitch the idea that it helps avoid stains and dirt but it really does nothing. Embarrassing they are required to try and sell it

Large and lumpy toebox

Cute style burgundy and white, but it's not worth it. Overly cheap sneaker. Fit is larger. Lumpy inside the toebox. Hanging lump uncomfortable above big toe, and smaller one at middle toe, corresponds to top suede attachment. Heel has flat back, causes heel slip. Lame grip bottoms are flat with zigzags. Unless you already own 237s and like them, look elsewhere.

Comfortable and stylish

I got these because I already had a pair of the black and gray 237s. They were some of my favorite shoes. I liked the color of these because they are a little unusual. But just like my other 237s I get alotta compliments.

Sweet Retro Looks

I really like the retro look of these new balance sneakers. With the nylon material it looks like they could’ve come out of the 1980s. They have a very wide and thick sole. It adds to the retro look.

Stylish, questionable quality but time will tell.

Haven’t even started wearing them yet, but the quality overall doesn’t look super strong just by the fact the tongue is not fabric wrapped at the top. You can see that it’s clearly just a piece of foam with thin fabric adhere to it. That said maybe I’m just judging wrong. I’ve had lots of new balance and I like the brand. Will update review after a few weeks of wearing them. Seem to fit fine
