The store in Okotoks keeps one single shoe in behind the counter, so I didn’t notice when I purchased them that one shoe is completely a different colour/lot from the other.

Colour didn’t match
Because the store only puts out one shoe on the floor, when they grabbed the second it did not match in colour. I didn’t think to check for this and my daughter was quite disappointed on Christmas morning. Especially when we tried to get a replacement and they were sold out everywhere.

Inaccurate sizing
These are really nice comfortable shoes, however the sizing is not consistent with other Ugg products, making ordering online cumbersome.

Sooo comfy
Super comfy and warm. I have wider feet so got the bigger size (10 and am usually a 9.5) and they are perfect. Could wear as a shoe too, but it’s winter here so I’ve been using for slippers inside.
