These shoes are amazing. They are so comfortable, it feels like I’m wearing slippers to work ….. and they are cute too! I always have issues with work/office shoes hurting my feet, but not with these! After wearing the first pair, I bought them in all colors.

Got these in 6W. The shoes are OK -- fairly comfortable -- but the left one gapes a bit; too long or wide in the heel. (My left foot is the shorter one.) I have ordered some heel pads for the counter, and will see if that helps. I don't know about durability. I have been disappointed in some of your shoes that did not wear well at all, but they were a different material (fake nubuck).

I have bought these shoes in the past with no issue, but this last pair I bought had the same problem others mentioned. The "leather" on the toe of the shoes scraped right off the front of the shoes after wearing them only a few times. I have a large scuff mark on both shoes and now they are unwearable. What a total waste of money. I buy leather shoes because I expect them to hold up and these certainly did not.

These shoes are not constructed properly. There is no support on the sides and it opens up like a boat mid shoe/arches. Both LifeStride and Naturalizer are using the same numerous countries for these cheaply-made shoes. Absolute Greed by both companies!

I really wasn't sure on how to rate this shoe. I love the color, casual style, fit and comfort. But, as a few other reviewers noted, the leather on the toe area does not hold up. After wearing the shoe for a few times, I noticed that the leather on the toe was noticeably scuffed. The leather continued to peel with each wearing and finally left a distracting "scar." The rest of the shoe looks fine.

This is my second pair of these shoes, one in navy the other in the butterscotch. The butterscotch color is slightly different than pictured; It’s lacking the color depth. But the comfort is so superior I kept them. True to size.

These are a very soft leather. They don’t have great arch support so added some. They are very comfortable. I always wear them without socks. You do have to be careful because since they are so soft, the leather tears easily on the toes.

The Soul Kacy Flat is comfortable right out of the box, even though my feet are a little wider than Medium. The leather is soft. What I appreciate most is the color. They are definitely Navy, not blue. I bought a pair of these shoes in Black several years ago, and they still look good and fit well.

After wearing these comfortable shoes about 5 times, I expected to see lines across the shoe where your toes would bend when walking. However, the left side developed horizontal, vertical, diagonal and crinkle lines that shouldn't be there.

Recently purchased these shoes however they were tight on my feet. I wear a wide and that's what I purchased but they still didn't fit. I found another shoe that looks like this one at a cheaper price at DSW that actually fit me.

These shoes are comfortable. However, they have some major issues. They creased badly my first time wearing them, and they gap on the sides when walking or standing and look ridiculous.

I bought these in black over a year ago. Love them. Ordering them again. True to size and so comfortable l. I’m a Nurse Practitioner and am on my get a lot during the day. My feet never hurt. That’s a win win.

Love this shoe! Have it in several colors. Hope they NEVER discontinue! I wear a 7W and they always fit perfectly.
