These run very small. I'm usually between an 8.5 and 9, but the 9 is so short/tight my toes are pinched and I can't walk comfortably.
I do like the overall style & shape, but the brown synthetic leather looks very cheap; it has a mottled finish that looks very fake.
The inner liner is very soft, and the footbed has a nice amount of cushion. If the sizing were accurate, they would probably be quite comfortable.
The soles are also completely smooth-ZERO traction, which just seems so cheap for this price point.
Overall, I'm disappointed. The material and quality just aren't there, and the fit runs an entire size small.

No arch support and bad heel
I bought these shoes in black and in brown in my usual size and I was surprised at the poor quality of these considering the usual quality of Naturalizer footwear. These shoes have absolutely no arch support and the heel has this weird little ridge on the inside that just chews my ankles up every time I wear them. I get terrible blisters and I can’t understand why this lip was added to the shoe on the inside. They rub even through nylons and thin socks. I’ve worn both outside so I can’t return them. These were a huge waste of money as they are unwearable.

Sweet Looking Shoe But…
I really wanted to love this shoe but because of my planter fasciitis I’m use to wearing Vionics and this shoe didn’t have the arch I needed. The leather and style of the shoe is perfect - wish vionics had this style and color of leather

Comfort
Sadly I had to return these shoes. The heel was very narrow and the medium width was not larger enough for my toes to fit comfortably. Always fit into 7.5 M but not these shoes.

Comfy loafers

Sizing Is Difficult
I’m sort of in between sizes…sometimes I can wear and 8, sometimes an 8 1/2. I bought these in an 8 and thought they worked, but they were actually too short once I wore them around. I reordered in 8 1/2 but they are a smidge big. I’m going to keep them because I like them a lot and they go with everything but the sizing is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5

Nice shoe, fits small, hard to return
This is a very nice looking shoe that fits sooooo small you should go at least 1/2 to 1 size up. I wouldn't purchase these shoes again because of how difficult and expensive it is to return Naturalizer online purchases.

Suuuuper Comfy and Look Great
Cushiony, and ordered in wide width. Fit perfectly. Snug at first but after a few minutes felt like I was walking on air. Stylish and not weird looking like some wide width shoes can be. Beautiful color.

I loved this brand but these shoes are painful. I normally wear wide and I bought both black and brown and both hurts me so badly that I can’t wear them without pain. I tried to worn them so they become more comfortable but it has been more than 30days and they hurt so much and apparently I can’t return them anymore :(
