No break in necessary.

Bought these for a retail job that has me on my feet for six hours a day. They are so soft not only in the inside, but with the leather as well. I didn't even need the bandaid I bought for the back of my feet (as I was expecting blisters). My only concern is that they run a super tiny tad long. I wear a size 10 and my foot slips out a bit too easy in the back, I dont mind too much though because my feet are a bit swollen at the end of my shift so it just adds to the comfort.Would definitely purchase again.

What happened?

The first pair I purchased (7.5W) fit like a glove and are so comfortable, almost like slippers! I decided to purchase another pair when the sale was on, however same size, same width, same maker; the fit is totally different, in a bad way. This second pair are too big, stiff, and uncomfortable. I don’t know why, other than perhaps a different manufacturer. Really disappointed, even though cost was lower bc of sale, I did expect the same fit and quality - buyer beware. Very disappointed.

Don't waste your money

I have bought these shoes in the past with no issue, but this last pair I bought had the same problem others mentioned. The "leather" on the toe of the shoes scraped right off the front of the shoes after wearing them only a few times. I have a large scuff mark on both shoes and now they are unwearable. What a total waste of money. I buy leather shoes because I expect them to hold up and these certainly did not.

Great shoe - VERY short

I really liked the leather and thought the shoe would be an awesome flat and commuter shoe. My previous Naturalizer flat was great but no longer available. I was so disappointed when the shoe felt nearly a full size too short. I should have returned but it was too late by the time I figured out it wasn’t going to stretch loads. I would order 1/2 to 1 full size bigger. Would recommend with these reservation.

Disappointed!

I bought these shoes in dark brown suede, size 9 W. The color is hard to find these days so I was elated. However, it is not wide at all! I'm barely a W but I wanted a pair comfortable enough to walk while on trips. My foot barely fits rested, so I can't imagine wearing these shoes after a long day of sightseeing. I am really sad to have to return them. The construction seems high quality, though.

I have the same pair of shoes in black that were purchased a few years ago. They fit so well and are so comfortable that I was sure that the same make and brand would fit as well. The right foot was too large in the heal, and I just walked out of them. They seemed to be stretched out on the right side. The left side fit better but they didn't feel like the same shoes, and I had to return them.

The Most Comfortable Pair of Shoes I Own!

Have you ever slipped your foot into a shoe and said "Ahhh!" These will make you do that. Had them on walking ariound for hours in Las Vegas, then on a connecting flight home, all in all about 16 hours straight. Was like walking on pillows. Very, very comfortable. I bought the navy leather and the brown suede and considering buying the taupe as well.

No break in time needed

First time I wore these, they were 100% comfortable, as if I had worn them a while. No break-in time whatsoever. 7M worked great for me, my foot is slightly wider than true Medium, I suggest go down half a size. Soft leather, decent arch support, flexible but pretty firm sole. Great for running errands all day, driving, or just walking around a lot.
