Great for Work!

I bought these shoes in black to wear to the office with slacks and skirts. They are good quality (real leather and solid soles) and are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought. I can't yet speak to their longevity since I haven't had them very long yet, but I am hopeful they will last. I bought a half size down from my regular street shoe size (not uncommon for me, since I have narrow heels) and they fit great - no gapping at the sides like I've read about in other reviews. The only thing I wish were different is I wish the fronts were cut slightly lower, but that is just a personal preference. I would definitely recommend these!

So Comfortable!

I purchased the Flexy ballet flats after trying them on in the store. They are super comfortable, and I found the padded area on the heel to be a great addition. The styling of the shoe is rather simple, but fine for my purposes as I tend to live in flats and feel they go with everything. I purchased the black, the champagne, and the bronze metallic. However, I found that both the champagne and bronze metallic arrived from dsw.com with flaws in the finish. The metallic coating seemed to have lots of blemishes, so I return both of those and just kept the black ones. I would recommend this shoe to anyone looking for comfortable, simply-styled flats.

"The Flexy"

The size 8 medium fit me perfectly and was comfortable from the moment I slipped it on, and most importantly, it stayed on without flipping off of my heel! The Flexy has a good size toe box. I first ordered the 8 1/2 medium, but it was literally half a size too big. I was worried the toe box on the eight medium would be too narrow, but in my opinion it is generous. For anyone who doesn’t like any pressure on any side of their foot, I would say you do not have to purchase a half size larger when it comes to this shoe. Also, I think the shoe looks very trim and smart. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Soft and comfortable

I am pleasantly surprised by these shoes. They looked good and were the right neutral color. The foot bed is very soft as is the leather top. There is also fairly decent arch support in the foot bed which I really appreciate. It is hard to find leather shoes for a good price these days. The only thing I would add is that the top inner edge cuts into my big toe bone area and that hurts. This usually happens when the curve is cut too low. I am hoping the shoes will soften more and that won't be an issue. Overall, I really like these shoes for the price and would buy them in other colors too.

Comfortable classic flat

Nice quality and comfortable. I especially like the extra bit of padded leather behind the achilleas tendon. Can dress up or down. Gave a 4 rather than a 5 because as I step/walk the shoe creases outward about halfway along the top opening (sort of hard to explain) thus loosening the shoe. Right now it is OK, but as the leather stretches with wear I am afraid the shoe may start to fall off as I walk. I'm not sure why this happens, and it sort of looks odd. Right now it's not a problem because the shoes are new. I am keeping them because they are comfy and will go with a lot of my outfits.

A flat with good cushioning in the footbed

I bought these cute little flats and love them for several reasons. First, they are very comfortable. Most flats have little to no padding in the footbed and these do. There is also a pad at the back of the shoe. Next, they have enough width in the toe box for my chubby little toes. I love how they fit and when I walk the shoes don't slip in the heel as many slip ons tend to do. Lastly, I really needed a pair of neutral colored shoes and these go with everything- skirts, dresses, slacks and jeans. I've looked a long time for a comfortable pair of flats and I found them in these shoes.

Very comfortable!

I bought these about a month ago, and I am very happy with them. I personally think that flats are very uncomfortable, but some outfits (especially for work) seem to only look good with flats. But overall, my feet usually end up swollen and sore if I wear flats. However, these are very comfortable. The soles are cushioned and more substantial than normal flats. The cushion at the ankle helps prevent blistering there. I will say though that the more sturdy and supportive style does make them look a little old fashioned. The color is nice though and the comfort overall makes up for it.

Extremely comfortable!

After buying Easy Spirit's Getcity ballet flats for years, I decided to switch it up and buy these, and I wished I had done it sooner. These are incredibly comfortable, and for a ballet flat, they offer great arch support. As a plus side woman, I will also say that the comfort really lasts all day. The little heel actually offers better support since you don't feel "the ground" as much. I am planning to buy them in nude as well and now these will be my go to ballet flats. Anyone looking for a simple, cute, and truly comfortable ballet flat should definitely give these a try!
