Very comfortable
I was looking for a black flat that I could wear for work and this one was such a great fit. It is extremely comfortable. There is a bit of elastic at the heel which gives the shoe some flexibility and prevents it from cutting into your heel. I appreciated that.

Tight
I do like the style and look of this shoe. They appear to be well made. I feel I should have go a half size larger since they are tight. I’ve been wearing them around the house to stretch. They were delivered in good time.

Soul Naturalizer Ballet Flats
Just bought them yesterday. Is so pleased with the comfort they provide. The Ballet flats are soft and bendable. I don’t want to take them off. I recommend these for people who have arthritis in your feet.

Nice casual shoe but a bit tight at instep
Nice casual shoe - I am still not sure I will be able to wear this shoe - I have to take it in to have the instep adjusted - it seems tight on the top of my foot - I think a cut and an elastic gusset might make this very comfortable. If you have a high instep or a bit thicker foot it may not be the shoe for you
