Naturalizer Women's Everly Pump

Je viens de recevoir ma commande et je ne suis pas satisfaite. De un la couleur est plus rose que rouge. De deux j'ai commandé 9.5 W. La chassure droite va bien. Mais la gauche est plus un 10 que 9.5. Il y a un gap au niveau du talon et la chaussere veut sortir de mon pied quand je fais un pas. J en dais quoi faire. Je vaulais tellement une paire de chaussure rouge. Je pensais aussi acheter la blanche. Je laisse tomber. Je vais cherchet ailleurs. Depuis que Naturilizet n'a plus de magasin à MTL la qualité en souffre. Avant j'achetais toutes mes chassures et celles de ma grand mère chez eux. Plus maintenant. Surtout que le retour est payant.

These are lovely shoes, beautiful leather, very well made, nice heel height. I wish I could have kept them, but unfortunately, they didn't work for me. On one foot, the arch support did not fit my foot in the correct location, so it was uncomfortable. On the other foot, the arch support was comfortable (and a nice feature in a pump), but the top of the shoe cut right across the bone at the base of my big toe. I have arthritis in that one toe, so the pressure of the shoe on the bone was painful. I've still rated as 4* because I think the shoe will work well for many people.

Very disappointed. Red color does not match the photo on the website - it's very a very light almost pink, not a deep red as I was hoping. Not only that, the two shoes are not even the same shade - the right and left shoes do not match. I have other Natuarlizer shoes and boots that I like, but this purchase is souring me on this brand. Fit and comfort are good, which does not surprise me since I have these shoes in black already. Red shoes are hard to find, and I was so looking forward to wearing these. Sad now.

A beautiful shoe that is foot-flattering and looks great on. It's a fabulous colour - a slightly muted red with just a hint of pink, which means it can be worn with a wide range of colours. The fit is as expected and true to size. This shoe is genuine leather, which for me is key for both comfort and fit. The first time on, I wore them for 6 hours and forgot I had new shoes on - totally comfortable from start to end.

I spent hours searching for the right heel height and color and was thrilled to find these . Fit was perfect and I would have given 5 stars but they rubbed my toe in one area . I’ve always worn a sling back because my heel is narrow but these fit well , no slipping and were perfect for the bridal shower I attended . They look good with all of my dresses too .

Another disappointment. Naturalizer, what is going on with your sizing quality control?!? I have worn Naturalizer pumps for 4 decades. Size 6.5W, consistently, for the last 30 years. I have other 6.5W Everly Pumps in my closet purchased over the years. The fit and quality made them a favourite, which is why I was buying them again. This time I purchased three different colours, all 6.5W. All three pairs were too wide and too long, consistently fitting more like a size 7W. All three are being returned. I've also had to return the Anna Pumps for the same reason- the 6.5W sizing was WAY too big (and 6W was too small). Something is seriously wrong with your quality control as far as sizing goes because this hasn't been an issue with past purchases (in either style). Questioning whether I can continue to be a customer. I am two hours from a store (since ours was closed) and paying to ship back mis-sized shoes doesn't sit well with me.

I was so surprised at how comfortable these issues are. My feet are hard to fit and comfortable heels are a challenge. Opening the box, I was skeptical. Slipped them on and they felt amazing. Wore them for about six hours and had no issues. Haven’t had long enough for a durability comment, but happy about the comfort.

I wish someone would have said that this was too big on the reviews. Looks comfortable and the width is fine but I usually wear a 9 and this was coming off everytime I walk. The shipping took forever so exchanging is not something I am consider. Now I have to find something to fix this issue and spend an extra $
