Tried on in store the 37 & 38 regular width shoe first. The 37 my toes were cramped & the 38 slipped in the heel. I normally wear a 7.5 in shoes or an 8 in athletic shoes. The sales girl said try the 37 wide u will have more room in the toe but less big in the heel than the 38. Sure enough the 37 wide worked! I purchased the shoe w delight. When I got home I realized the white was on sale but still happy w the beige. Comfy shoe w a bit of a pump heel. Can be worn without a sock or nylon & can get thru a night of wearing them w ease. I do recommend Katie & Kelly, I have a lot of their products

The reg width in this Ainsley shoe, in my size, was too big in the heel & slipped off when I walked. The wide version one size down fit great but my toes are a bit squished but still comfortable. The look is classy. The kitten heel is easy to walk in. The black is a matte colour & makes the shoe look expensive. I got the 37C & I’m normally a 7.5

Not comfy and i wouldnt reccomend to buy this shoe

Not comfortable at all. It fit well but after sometime walking the front of the shoe was so painful. I even bought soles to see if that would help and now I got blisters. I bought them because I thought it would help at work and it did completely the opposite.
I would like to know if I can change them for a different model or a complete refund.

I LOVE these shoes! I knew what I was looking for when I walked into the store. A man assisted me right away. I told him what I needed and he picked them out. I tried them on, like Cinderella, the shoe fit! Sold! Thank you very much! I wear them to work a couple days a week depending on my outfit. Very comfortable.

Absolutely love these shoes! Walked whole evening and did not feel the heel at all. Got lots of compliments as well - classic, simple and chic at the same time. I was worries that heels are way to short and they would make me look older - absolutely not!!!

Shoe is very comfortable. Love the height of the heel and how the toe isn’t too pointy and squish my toes. The sole did come unattached after wearing only a couple of times and the staff were great about accepting return and giving me a new pair.
