Beautiful pump but not enough support from straps
Beautiful pump, but not enough support for my feet. As a tall strong woman, I needed more support than what the thin straps could offer. It's too bad, they were really pretty. Had to return them.

Strap too short
These shoes are beautiful and elegant, but the ankle strap is too short!! I had to return them because they didn't reach around and my ankle is "normal" size. Really disappointed I really like them.

Astrid Pump-so comfortable
I bought these for a black tie 50th birthday party. I wore them the same day they arrived (i waited too long to shop..). I had no issues, no hot spots on my foot. They were very comfortable and I am very happy with my purchase. I would buy these again.

Comfortable Silver Heels
Purchased these shoes for my son’s wedding and received so many complements on them. I got them in 8.5 wide although I don’t have a super wide foot, I wanted to ensure comfort with a pointy toe. During the whole wedding and reception I felt comfortable and confident.

Almost perfect
I love Naturalizer. I love that they have 3 widths. I have bunions so I prefer wide but the problem here is that wide means the heel portion is wide and that strap is stationary and bows out. You should have designed that heel/ankle strap to be adjustable instead of sewn together where the straps cross over at the back of the heel. I've had dress sandals like that and adjusting that heel/ankle strap allowed for that region to fit snug while still giving width at the toe area and not losing the elegance of the shoe. Design it and let me know. I'll take it in multiple colors!
