the tread is terrible. got it expecting it to have good sturdy tread that wouldnt slip. downright dangerous on any wet surface including wood, tile, ceramic etc. have crazy glued some sand to bottom and hoping for some tread. boot is cute. warm. seems to be water repellant. tread is DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS!!!

These boots are very comfortable and look good. I certainly would not buy at full price but sale price is acceptable. Quality seems to have taken a little bit of a downturn since buying my first pair 3 years ago as they don't have the high cushioning as before.

Best quality hiker at this price point in my opinion, Compared to the other options at the same price ie Merrel & Sketchers the quality of these is incomparable, haven’t had them too long so can’t attest to durability but already outlasted the last pair of sketchers I bought for the same price. Very comfortable but a little on the small side I’d recommend going half a size up from what you usually wear

Purchase was seemless and the boots arrived on time. They are replacing a 10 year old pair of the same brand. The fit,finish and comfort was perfect and expect them to stand the test of time too. The sale price was a bonus.

Great shoe but unfortunately the seam of the shoe wasn't glued properly. So went back to store to replace it only to realize none of them are. It affects the waterproofing so I had to return. Wasted lots of time on it. Only gave two stars because the shoe is actually really good. Very unfortunate.

Boot was very hard, not much flex to it. Insoles were very hard, no cushion, would need to add a padded insole to have any comfort at all. Returned because they just weren't the right boot for me.

This is the second Timberland boot we ordered and both were returned. The boot does not feel comfortable. The way the outside heel is shaped, causes the foot to roll sideways when I land on my heel. Feels like I am about to twist my ankle every time I land.

I bought these for my son and he loves them. They're well made, waterproof and they fit great. He usually has difficulty with shoes running a bit narrow for his feet, but these have plenty of width and are very comfortable for him. They are comfortable for long walks as well. I'm super happy with this purchase.
