Rubber soles cracked in 2 months

I purchased a pair in July 2025 and the soles on both sandals started cracking where the front strap meets the sole within 2 months. This is poor manufacturing. It seems as though something has changed with Teva since I have been purchasing Tevas for 3 decades and typically get 7-10 years in the past. I wanted to submit a warranty claim but they said that I needed the original packaging, but who keeps the packing for a full 1 year warranty period. I had the receipt, but not good enough. This is petty and will never purchase Tevas again.

No, I do not recommend this product.
