Teva Youth Boy's Hurricane XLT 2 Sandal

We went to DSW to find a good summer sandal for my kids. My daughter pronates and uses arch supports in her sneakers, but obviously we can't use them with sandals. So a sandal with support is a must have for her. This Teva sandal has some arch support. Nothing too pronounced, but enough that her ankles didn't roll inward when she wore them. We got a pair for her in size 2. The colors in the straps are beautiful (and appealed to both my daughter and my son) and the adjustability in all three straps (rear, toe and ankle) enabled my daughter to make these fit her perfectly. I tried buying cheaper sandals for my daughter somewhere else (hey, their feet grow so fast!) but the ones we tried on before these provided NO support and also rubbed her feet in several spaces, despite the size. Teva makes a good shoe. I'm thrilled we found a good sandal for her.

Bought these for my son for the spring/summer so he could wear something on his feet when we’re at the pool or somewhere his feet could get wet. The Velcro is very secure and the foot bed is actually pretty cushy so he’s getting support when he runs in them. My only wish is that they came in half sizes since the 1 youth is just a little too big, but I’m sure he’ll have outgrown them by the end of the summer.

I purchased these shoes for my picky 6-year-old son before going on our trip to the beach and he LOVED them! He kept talking about how comfortable they were and would grab them over others when going out. We went on many outings and he never once complained about he's feet hurting or developed any sores or blisters on his feet. Felt they ran tts.

These sandals have a sturdy sole and three adjustable straps which allows them to fit to my kids foot much better than a pair of sandals I got him last year. These are for next summer so he hasn’t worn them yet but I bet they will last more than one season (or at least be able to pass these down to his brother).

Bought these for my 5 year old for vacation since he wanted a pair like mine and his older sister. They were perfect for our outdoor adventure, sturdy, comfortable, and able to get wet. Only had to bring these and one other pair of shoes for him on our trip which was very convenient as these are very versatile.

These are the perfect sandals to last kids all summer and beyond. I love that they strap completely to the feet and offer great traction. This is the 3rd lair of tevas I’ve gotten my son. And a plus is the great quality that these went right in the hand me down pile for his brother and they still look great!

My son wore these all last week to hike in the mountains and explore creeks. We like that tevas hold up so he will be able to use them for a while and pass them on to his younger brother. He did have one spot that rubbed his skin wrong but I think that will resolve once they’re broken in.

Bought it for my 5 yo son for our beach trip since I love my Teva Hurricane XLT2, I figured it would be comfortable for him too. He was hesitant first bc he only wears sneakers but after a couple tries, he was running with them on in the sand with no issues! Highly recommend :)
