Putting bag profit ahead od accommodating cust
The shoes are great but customer service doesn't exist. I purchased shoes that came in a box without a top. After I paid I asked for a bag as I had a long way to get across the mall and couldn't carry them that way. Was advised they would have to charge me $2 for a bag. I've no cash so ide need to use debit. I left the box on the counter and advised I can no longer return them. Walked out of the store upset. Service didn't exist

Cut and comfy for Nana
Bought for 80 year old mom. She wore them to a wedding and looked so cute with her pastel floral dress. She now wears them as daily shoes and says they are very comfortable and easier to put on. She has terribly painful feet and these shoes are all she can wear.
