Can't Believe It !!!

Wow, ot a good first experience ordering online after visiting all of their stores instore. How does a company ship an item without verifying the size of the shoes in the box??? Box says size 9 like I ordered but shoes are size 11!! 9 does not look like 11!! and to top it off your website and my bill all say leather upper and yet as seen in pic they are ALL SYNTHETIC!! This is pathetic !!!!

Fall apart quickly

I work as a server about three days a week. I bought these in July and although they are very comfortable, they started to fall apart within about three weeks. I used some shoe goo to repair, but they continued to fall apart and need repair every few weeks. After three months they have completely blown up. A shoe that costs $80 should last a lot longer than this! A colleague also bought these and had the exact same issue. A previous pair from a different brand lasted me 2.5 years. Don’t waste your money on these.

Great Shoe - But the Rubber comes off the bottom.

Always looking for "value" shoes from quality makers. This shoe would have been a solid 4.5 for me except for one highly annoying flaw. The sole is not one piece but made from parts and has a rubber "tread" that is glued onto the bottom. Great, grippy material that stands up well - the trouble is the gluing process is bad. Either not enough or the wrong adhesive. I've been able to repair the shoe to get proper life out of it but I will avoid Nunn Bush value-range shoes now because of this. Too bad, because otherwise was a comfy, durable cost effective shoe.

Bought the shoes December Last year. Had previous same shoes which lasted 1.5 years. But these pair, on both right and left started tearing apart at the seams in front. Sent email to Nuun Bush but no response. ㅠㅠ
