Got very bad customer service

Two weeks ago, I came to park royal shoe store and purchased a pair of shoe and next day I go back to that store to exchange the pair because they are broken but a lady working that refuse to exchange or return. She is not polite and I got very bad customer service experience. I used to go that store more than 6 years. I got no exchange or return. I am not happy from that employee behavior.

Part of a gift for my son. He had shoes by the same manufacturer that laster him a few years which needed to be replaced. Hoping the quality will be there same. The shoe is a wide fit which is what he needs and tre to the size. He loved the old ones hoping these workout as well.

Sizing is wild but get it right and great.

Wild sizing. I’m normally an 11.5 or 12 and I’m a 9.5 in these. But I had a bunch to try on and the 9.5 was perfect. Super comfortable.

Found they were uncomfortable if he wasn't moving. To stand for 5 minutes in one spot feet would start to get sore.
