Love these wide shoes for my little guy!

This is my first time purchasing New Balance shoes. I was doing some research as to what shoe might be a good fit for my 4 year old that has wide feet and uses orthotics. These are plenty wide and really supportive and I appreciate that they are not ugly! I will definitely purchase again, and I am grateful to New Balance for offering an extra wide option.

Bad Velcro

We love these shoes as they are very easy for him to put on himself. But, the are only good for about 3 months until the Velcro wears out. We’ve done 2 different sizes and it’s happened each time. Not worth the money if you have to keep replacing them early!

Velcro does not work

The Velcro does not hold up well. Shoes were barely worn and then useless bc the strap would not stay.

Wide shoe

Love that NB has extra wide options as my son has very wide feet for a 3 yr old. These ones are sturdy and provide ankle support. My son likes them except the strap. If he runs to hard the velcro strap comes undone. I wish the strap was thicker.

Velcro doesn’t stick

I loved these shoes previous years. They were so durable. I also love the different width sizes to accommodate both my kids. But now the newer versions don’t stay on! The Velcro won’t stay no matter what. It’s annoying because these shoes aren’t cheap. They are just sitting in the closet. New balance please fix it!

Bad Velcro

Love the look of these shoes and enjoyed them for our toddler for a few months before the Velcro straps completely went out. These are spendy shoes to only last a few months. Disappointed and will not buy again.

Sadly, not good quality at all

Unfortunately, the quality on this shoe is pretty awful. I bought 2 pairs for each of my kids (one red and one blue colorway) and BOTH came apart within 1 week of wear. The velcro is coming apart from the shoe, it does not stay closed, and the shoe laces snapped.

Great shoe!

It was really nice to be able to but the half size online. The shoes fit great and also have great grip at the bottom for those who play a lot. Would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone!

Toddler Wide Shoes

I love that they have wide size shoes for toddlers! It's been a struggle to find shoes. These look good, fit my toddler well, and he likes them!
