Naturalizer Womens' Karol Wide Width Bootie

These are strange boots because the zipper is on the outside, when most boot zippers are on the inside. If you are right handed it is very awkward to do up the zipper on the left boot. It would have made more sense to have the elastic on the outside over the ankle and the zipper on the inside. I am usually a 10 Wide, but this boot is both a bit too long and a bit too wide. I had to put in two sets of foam insoles inside to avoid my feet sliding around in these boots. They are, however, quite lightweight, which is a plus.

The Karol Bootie is comfortable. Walked around Boston and feet didn't hurt at the end of the evening. the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that I needed to wear an extra pair of thin socks along with the regular thickness socks in order for them to fit my narrow foot well. Plus I put a Dr. Scholl's sole insert in the bed of the boot. All together, this made for a comfortable fit that did not slide up and down so much at my heels and the toes and balls of my foot didn't slip around.

While these are not the most exciting boots in the style department, they are comfortable and what I was looking for. The height works great with leggings and jeans, and the black leather is supple which means there is very little to no break-in period. I knew after wearing them in the house for less than an hour they were going to work. With the discount, these booties are a clear winner.

Cute boot except the footbed is not up to the usual Naturalizer comfort, it’s hard and will require an insole for me. The boot is synthetic as are most of their shoes and unfortunately digs into my ankle and provides little flexibility. I regularly purchase this brand as comfort and style are of importance to me, too bad this boot does not reflect the comfort. They will be returned. :(

These look nice but are clearly vinyl rather than leather. The zippers are on the outer ankle, which make them harder to zip and unzip than other boots that zip on the inner ankle. I am usually an 8.5 and got these in a 9 to make room for socks. They are still roomy and slightly wide for my narrow foot with socks on.

I like these. I bought in black and brown. It’s comfortable. My only disappointment is with slacks the toe looks more like a little cowboy boot than a riding boot. I still like it but just not quite the look I wanted. But I have received compliments on them.

I just got my Karol boots love the fit and very comfortable but the zipper being on the outside makes it difficult for reaching! Wish the zipper was on the inside it would be easier to reach! True to size!
