Disappointed! Very poor quality

After literally just three uses, the paint on the heels is already gone! I still don’t understand how this happened; it has never happened to me with any other boots or shoes. Such a disappointment.

Easy to Wear and Easy to Match

These ankle boots are very easy to match with pants.
They look good with both wide-leg pants and slim pants.
The heel height is just right — not too high or too low — perfect for me at 160 cm.
The only small downside is that the sole is a bit hard.
In winter, when walking, it makes a “tap tap” sound, so people know you are coming 😄

It hurt my toes

I was so excited to try these—they looked exactly like what I wanted, and the reviews were so positive. However, after walking just a few steps, my toes were in pain. I ordered both the black and brown pairs in my usual size 37, and unfortunately, they were still uncomfortable. I’m really disappointed. 😞😞

Terrible policy

Boots look good and stylish. When I tried them on at the store they seemed to be the right fit, however, after walking in them for 10 minutes the next day I realized they were to tight and hurt my fit. I tried bringing them back to the store and was turned away because there was a little bit of a sign of wear on the boots from me wearing them the day before. Such a disappointment! I can't really wear them because they're too tight, nor I can return them.
