Poor quality

This is literally the best shoe I've ever purchased, and to see it's on sale/clearance has made my year... (And I just got married! ;p)
I've had a suede-tan pair of these so long, I can't even remember when I got them-- the better part of a decade, I'd say. When I tell you I haven't had to send them for repair, or replace them, or spend a whole bunch to have them cleaned: I have worn them almost everyday, to any function (Long/off-road walks, impromptu hikes, European cobblestones, rainy puddles galore, etc) and they are STILL going strong. The best investment I've ever made-- let alone 'solely' in the realm of shoes....

I expected better from Lucky Brand

I want to be obsessed with these boots because the style is what I wanted. But OMG, I wore the shoes twice...TWICE and the color of the heel is just completely scratching off. For boots that are basically $100 that SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. The actual leather of the shoe is nice, the padding in the shoe is okay and it definitely runs narrow (even though I got the wide). If I had bought these at full price I would have returned them but I got them on sale during Christmas for almost half off (as a present to myself) so I'm not as mad. Honestly, I was expecting a lot better from Lucky Brand. Not sure I'll buy from them again.

Go-to Boot For The Office

Love these boots, the leather is so soft and I can wear them all day comfortably. They run a little narrow, which for me is perfect, but something to keep in mind for sizing. Classic style that goes with just about everything, and I own multiple pairs in different colors. Only con is they start to show wear pretty quickly due to the soft leather. You need to protect them to make them last (of note: I live in a cold climate with snow and salt on the roads, so they might hold up better without those factors.) Would be nice if they were a little more durable for the price.

Although I love the color of these boots, (tan) , the fit and comfort I was so dismayed that after wearing the boots only twice the covering on the heels is peeling off.
