Naturalizer Women's Havana Ballet Flat

A few months ago, I bought the Banks slingbacks in a 9 regular. They fit but felt like they could've been wider. And then I realized that maybe, as I've gotten older, my feet are just wider. So when I bought these Havana flats, I decided to try the 9 W. What a difference! The size fit perfectly and they are beautiful shoes. I was looking for a flat shoe that was dressy-looking enough to wear to the office and these absolutely fit the bill. Very happy with this purchase. Now I wish I had bought the Banks flat in a wide!

Super disappointed. for the price point of this shoe, i expected better. I have this in a 7 and a 6.5 (i normally wear 6.5 in most ballet flats and sandals, and a 7 in sneakers or shoe). The 7 was slightly too big, but otherwise quite comfortable. I will have to put a pad in the front though so it doesnt slip off as easy. the 6.5 which fit perfectly out of the box though - walked to the subway, got out the subway, walked to the office and already had TERRIBLE blisters. So disappointed.

Initially I was really happy with how they fit, but it's been less than a year and the interior lining is already falling apart. I wear these at work and not even every day, maybe 1-2x a week and have a desk job so pretty disappointed that they already have holes on the inside where the pinky toe is. I do not have long toenails either, I just think the man-made lining is very thin and not durable. I have never had this happen with any other shoe!

I was so excited about these shoes! I tried them on once they arrived, and they were too big- both width and length, which has never happened to me before. I am a true to size 9. I must now return them and pay the shipping. I am reluctant to try another 1-2 different sizes in case I must again return them and pay again for shipping the return. I am disappointed that it is so hard to purchase this brand in an actual store where I can try them on.

They are beautiful leather shoes and for the most part comfortable. I find that my feet get a couple sore spots on both sides of my feet around the side of the baby toe and big toe however they could just need to be broken in. I’m normally a size 8 but found them slightly big. A 7.5 would have been better. Nevertheless I’m happy I bought them because they look sharp and it took me a long time to find a black flat shoe that I liked the look of.

Flattering and versatile. Comfortable and feminine. The Vee-shaped vamp is pretty and elongates the line from the toe to the hip. The added detail of the silver metal on the heels makes them look more expensive than they are. I would have bought the navy, but if I recall correctly, the navy was not leather. I don't wear plastic because my feet don't breathe in anything other than a natural material. I wish there were a suede navy version.

Good quality leather shoe. Elongates the foot. Glad it is available in wide size. However, it is not as comfortable as I would like. It is too stiff at the Achilles heel area, and could use a design modification: add padding or cushioning inside the shoe to soften that area. I feel like it will shred my ankle skin after a few minutes of use. I had to add my own padding to make it more comfortable.

I love the look of the shoes- I was hoping they would be my go-to black flat (especially at this price point). When I tried on the shoes, they were a perfect fit. Unfortunately during the first week of wear, they gave me two heels of blisters. After two weeks of wear, they became too big for me to walk in. I have never had flat shoes that were this uncomfortable and unwearable.
