Naturalizer Women's Banks Slingback Flat

I bought the opal/ light pink color in both 5.5 medium and 6 medium. Normally I'm a 5.5 but the 6 medium fit the best because the 5.5 was just a bit too small for me in the toe box and heel area. They're comfortable to walk in thanks to the block heel. Unfortunately, one of the pumps had a gap in the sole and this made the shoe sound squishy because of their "contour cushioning technology", the shoe sounded like it was releasing air every time I took a step with them. I had to return them but I reordered another pair because I really liked them despite that. Now the 6 medium is sold out everywhere so I'm glad I reordered just in time.

I have a lot of foot issues and have to wear “sensible “ shoes which can look very frumpy. I need nice looking shoes to wear with a dress for an upcoming wedding. I thought that I would take a chance with these shoes as Naturalizer is one of the few brands that I can wear. Oh my, these shoes are so comfortable I can’t believe I can wear a pointed toe! The heel is perfect too as I have back issues and cannot wear a high heel anymore. The sling back is perfect as one of my feet is a half size smaller than the other so I can adjust the back to fit both feet perfectly. The colour is a perfect nude for me. Love, love, love this shoe.

I have bought these in the past and they are a fabulously shoe. However, this time I got the opal finish, which looks like a pearlized finish, and wore them for less than an hour. When I got home I realized the finish is completely peeling off everywhere! It’s like peeling skin after a bad sunburn, I can flake it off with my finger. Underneath it is the regular leather. I am trying to see if it will all come over smoothly and if so I will keep them As I hate the thought of sending them back and them going in the garbage. I just warning everyone as this takes some work to make them ‘good’ but they are a great fitting shoe.

I would love these shoes if they weren't already falling apart. The pointed toe is so cute and the inch heel is perfect for those of us who hate true flats. They are comfortable to walk and stand in. I got them in nude and it's a perfect color to match everything. You can dress them up or down. Unfortunately, less than a month after purchase the material is peeling away on the toes. It looks bad, and I have only worn these shoes a few times. The strap also doesn't stay on very well, but I think I should have sized half a size down. Love the extra wide width!! So disappointed that these are falling apart already.

I am so happy I bought these! Bought my usual size 7 medium and it fits great even with my large bunions. No pinching or pain. I have a very hard time finding shoes with soft leather. This leather is so soft I didn't need to break them in. I am truly surprised and impressed how a pointy toe shoe could be comfortable too. Wore them to work all day without discomfort. The price was worth it. I also love the extra bit of heel. It looks chic and makes these flats more comfortable. I bought both black and barely cream (creme brulee on the box which is a bit different from the picture- nude with more pinkish tone but still a beautiful color on my tan skin). I am a fan of naturalizer! I will buy again.

These arrived today, for an event that I planned to wear them to tomorrow. I was excited when I saw the shoe and tried them on. I bought the silver pair which looked nice and dressy, additionally they were very comfortable and looked good on my large/wide feet (12W); and then I walked across the floor. There is a loud popping noise in the shoe that can be heard above EVERYTHING!! Needless to say I am returning these immediately. I now have the problem of trying to find something in ninth hour to wear to my event. :( I saw reviews on the Naturalizer site noting this same problem.

So I wanted a super cute pair of flatter shoes for work. I consider myself a trendy dresser and don’t want to dress like a frumpy old lady but needed something flat to get around all day. I love these because they’re versatile, the color is wonderful and the pointed toe is comfortable without being restrictive. That said the soul came detached pretty quickly from regular use, and I had to have that replaced by a professional cobbler. I also noticed the paint coming off rather fast as well. The cobbler handled that, but I would say the craftsmanship is OK and the comfort is wonderful. Just be prepared if you want to keep these shoes for a while that you may need to have some professional work done to them.

They fit so well, look terrific, but are impossible to walk in. I read the reviews about the back strap not staying up but honestly couldn’t comprehend how that was possible. Though it must be people with narrow skinny feet and I certainly wouldn’t experience that. Well I couldn’t even walk more than 10 feet without stopping to pull straps up. Also kept tightening sling back to the tightest notch, all I did was squish my toes to front and made no difference. Biggest waste of money and so disappointed as they looked so fabulous!
