There’s been a change to manufacturing and materials. Not just Naturalizer, but a lot of shoes have a cheaper look due to their “sustainable” practices. I was so disappointed by the texture of this piece - instead of being smooth, genuine leather it’s entirely synthetic and it looks like melted latex, with creasing and wrinkles everywhere. The insoles aren’t properly sized, and there’s gaps in the colour along seams. It looks slapped together, and cheap. It’s super disappointing because I’ve always appreciated Naturalizer quality for cost. I feel like I’m paying mid-tier prices for SHEIN quality.

Nice shoes but they don't meet my expectations

I chose these shoes because they caught my eye. I chose my size and ordered them. When I tried them on, I wondered why the designer hadn't added 1 cm of material to cover the toes? My toes were literally sticking out, exposed, at the front of the shoe. I returned them.

Beautiful Shoes But Size 0.5 Down

These are absolutely gorgeous and comfy shoes but I recommend sizing down by 0.5 since they slip off your foot a little too much if you don’t. I tried tightening it but ran out of holes so I made an extra hole myself. Even then, I had extra space in the back. I’m usually ALWAYS a 6.5W (in this brand especially) and sometimes 7 in more narrow shoes for reference. So for this shoe specifically, I would next time get myself a 6W.

Nice Work Shoe

The shoes fit nicely and are comfortable. Really happy they have wide as option. Didn’t give 5 stars due to the shoes already creasing after wearing a couple of times
