Shoes broke in less than a week
I bought size 3 for my almost 5 year old and the stitching on the boots broke off within a week of use. This stitch connects the leg part with the shoes itself. It is very disappointing and I hope the store is able to refund me the money.

Good but....
The first pair we bought ripped within 8 days of purchase. However, the store gladly provided us with store credit and we bought another pair since my daughter loves the design. Hopefully the next pair will stay in tact for the whole season.

Torn in 1 month
I bought waterproof winter boots for my daughter and she just wore it for one month. Now its all torn. I'm unsatisfied with the quality of the boot. I was hoping if there is something you guys can do. It is still under warranty.
