Frustrated & Disappointed

Website says they are a ‘Wide’ width, but my first order came in ‘medium’ width. No trouble returning. Ordered it again, beautiful shoe, but again came in ‘medium’ even though I ordered a ‘wide’ width. So will have to go through the return process again and still do not have what I ordered. I am disappointed because I need a really good walking shoe and this one is perfect … but I need a ‘Wide’ width.
