The fit is true to size, with just the right balance of snugness and room for comfort. The cushioned collar adds nice support around the ankle without rubbing. The traction on the sole is solid, giving me confidence on different surfaces. The stitching feels durable, and the leather has a nice, rugged look that still works well for casual or semi-dress outfits. After wearing them all day, my feet didn’t feel sore, which is a big plus. The shoes were stiff the first day but by the second time I put them on they felt like they were made to encase my very foot. They were very comfortable to walk in and I think they look really good on me.

I plan to take these to the French alps, I can't wait to put this to a durability test once I get there!! For now I'm going to leave them in the box, but I am so glad to have gotten them before my trip.

Bought these for a Christmas present, in less than a month’s worth of casual wear the boot has come apart from the sole. Very upset and will be returning these!
