My new favorite!

Fit is perfect and these are flat out cool sneakers! Ordered #wide so these are very comfortable. Not much in arch support but I generally have to use orthopedic inserts. Plenty of room in shoe for those if you need them.

Significant issue

Dear Customer Service Team, I recently purchased a pair of shoes that, although very nice in appearance, have presented a significant issue. The insole is very hard in the instep area, and there is also a very rigid internal seam on one side of the shoe. My son wore them and came home with blisters on his feet due to the friction. Out of discomfort, he even removed the insole in an attempt to cover part of the seam to prevent further rubbing, but he still developed blisters. After carefully inspecting the shoes, I confirmed that the internal seam is quite stiff and prominent enough to cause injury. Considering that these shoes are not inexpensive, I am concerned about their quality and safety. The shoes are currently back in their box and have not been worn again since the incident. I would like to know if it would be possible to arrange a return, exchange, or any other solution to address this issue. Thank you in advance for your attention

Stylish and too big..
