Significant issue

Dear Customer Service Team,
I recently purchased a pair of shoes that, although very nice in appearance, have presented a significant issue.
The insole is very hard in the instep area, and there is also a very rigid internal seam on one side of the shoe. My son wore them and came home with blisters on his feet due to the friction. Out of discomfort, he even removed the insole in an attempt to cover part of the seam to prevent further rubbing, but he still developed blisters.
After carefully inspecting the shoes, I confirmed that the internal seam is quite stiff and prominent enough to cause injury. Considering that these shoes are not inexpensive, I am concerned about their quality and safety.
The shoes are currently back in their box and have not been worn again since the incident. I would like to know if it would be possible to arrange a return, exchange, or any other solution to address this issue.

Surprisingly comfy high school reunion shoes!

This was a last-minute Hail Mary purchase because I had to look half decent for my 25th high school reunion. I didn't want to spend a fortune, and these beauties fit the bill. Not only do they look snazzy but they're actually really comfy.

Looks good, feels fine, but the laces don't loosen up well and it takes a bit of extra effort to put them on. Probably will work itself out as I break them in.

Super comfy and warm shoes! Stylish! Purchased a size 10 shoe and they fit quite large.. almost like a 10.5 or 11… that’s my only complaint.
