The company can do better.

Bought this shoes last week. Excellent and fast shipping. Giving 2 stars because I had to return the first purchase, those shoes in crown vintage brand runs really small. I usually use 8 or 8.5. I read the comments and ordered the shoe in size 9. Got it delivered to my home as they did not have it in store. The size 9 fits too tight, had to order in size 9.5.
I received the shoe in a dusty and scratches on the shoe. DSW shoe grade is going low, still haven't used it and the threads and leather is coming out. I haven't wear it to go work yet. Its just the sizing and the condition of the shoe already drained before I could enjoy it.

Let’s start by clarifying I wear a 9 – 9.5 shoe, I ordered a 9.5. When the package arrived the shoe sole appeared to have been worn, then when I tried them on, they were so tight I could barely stand, definitely not a 9.5. Even though they did say 9.5 on the bottom. This show is sized so small I would not even know how many sizes to increase. I return the shoe, but unfortunately since I had paid for delivery, that money does not get refunded. SO I paid to have worn, improperly sized shoes delivered. Colour was nice though

Not As Comfy As It’s Cute

I was looking for a basic shoe to wear to work and my commute from the train and walking to my office building I thought the chunky heel would be a benefit, which I do think is the case, but the overall comfort of this shoe is, well painful. I thought I had tried them out enough in the store walking around before I bought them, I was wrong. These shoes were so uncomfortable that by the end of the day I had blisters and could barely walk around the office, and was limping to the train. They are cute and I still want to like them, and maybe with more added padding it will be the case. I think the tab on the back above the heel is a big culprit.

La paire de chaussure est jolie mais il y a un défaut de fabrication à l'avant de la chaussure il semble manquer du cuire au milieu ce qui fqit que portée la chaussure semble fendue en deux. Je vais la retourner.

Simple and comfortable

I bought these in both colours, I was a little light, not a brown which I was more looking for. The black was pretty standard and I am pleased with it. These are great for work, simple and will go with everything. The toe box is more square than it appears in the photos (I thought it was more almond) but it still looks cute and simple. The solid heel is comfortable. These will need some breaking in, but I like that they arent pointy toe so my toes dont feel squished. Once broken in I think they will be super comfortable.

It's nice to find good quality (leather uppers) at a reasonable price. Just the right height for my aging feet. A classic pair of shoes.

A narrow fitting shoe

I really wanted to love these shoes but it was not meant to be. The first pair I ordered was my normal size 6.5. They were a bit too tight and hurt my feet so I ordered a size 7 which I was hoping would feel better but that was not the case. I think they fit slightly on the narrow side and am so disappointed as I loved the look of this shoe on my foot.

everyday classic

due to the weather I have not worn them out. The sizing is perfect. The shoe is exactly as shown. A great everyday shoe to go with so many things. They are a little stiff in the back but all my shoes seem to have to be broken in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
