Too rigid!!!
Not as comfortable as expected from Cole Han shoes. The upper leather is hard and fitting into the shoes is a huge task.

Recommend again and again!
Cole Haan Grand Plus Crosscourt has never disappoint my husband. He uses the shoe for work, where he is on his feet all day, but the sole comfort helps ensure his feet don't get tired. I have purchased so far 4 colours. Cole Haan has maintained the quality of this shoe and the leather is 100% genuine!

Uncomfortable
Pretty uncomfortable, have worn several times now and still not getting worn in. Very rigid outer. Wish I wouldn't have bought them online. Looks good though.

Up-scale casual
Very comfortable shoes and good quality leather. Those shoes project a casual, up-scaled look for the man who cares about his appearance but won't sacrifice comfort.

Smaller than other Cole Haans
The shoes look great, but only gave a 4 star because they are not consistent in size. I have other Cole Haan's in the same size as these, but these fit smaller, both length and height above the toes. They were tight when I bought them but I thought they would break in more. They have not yet. They are definitely smaller than their other lines of shoes. Cole Haan's run big. I usually have to buy a size down from the norm. I may have been happier going only a half size down from the norm.

Nice shoes
Light, soft and comfortable. First couple days wearing it without any problem. Be prepare to go above half size since the shoe is low。 You might feel a little squeezy first trying on but it will sketch after couple hours.

Excellent shoe for style and comfort.
Great brand, look and comfort! These are great shoes to wear with jeans and casual pants. They are close to being too much of a sneaker look for business causal but I can “sneak” by with them most times so I can keep comfortable all day long. I would buy these again!
