Cole Haan Men's Grand Court Modern Sneaker

I'm normally a 13 but technically a 12.5 (if only this size existed). I bought these in white and the 13 ended up being wayyyy to big. Swapped for a 12 and the width is a little tight, but the length is perfect with about half inch space up front. With this knowledge in hand I bought a 12 in brown - and these are too small! Toe is right up against the front. Currently waiting for the 13s to arrive and hoping for the best. Be prepared for a little trial and error if you happen to fall between sizes, want the same style in multiple colors, or aren't familiar with Cole Haan sizing.

One case where the photos definitely do it justice. Got them in the navy blue and they look exactly as photographed though I wasn’t prepared for how light wt they are. Which I think is overall good, but sometimes concerns me about how long they’ll hold up. Also noticed that they are quite large fitting. I ordered 10 1/2 and fits like an 11. I don’t know if I necessarily would’ve gone to attend but just be aware especially if you plan to wear mostly without socks in the summer. Also be aware that the insole not removable.

Very light weight. It's almost unsettling at first how light it is compared to other shoes. I saw some wrinkles in the crease area after one wear and was really worried that these would not look good after a couple more wears but it seems to have worked themselves out and they are not as prominent. It's like the shoe just needed to get a little soft and worn in it. I'm liking them very much for my couple says I have to take the train and walk a couple blocks in the city.

I have always had incredible luck with your shoes and they are my favorite. In fact it is almost all I own. I actually went to put these on and couldn't even get my foot halfway into the shoe because they are so narrow and do not fit. The other pair, same size same width and my foot fits in them perfectly fine. I don't know what I'm going to do with this new pair since I had thrown away the Box because I just assumed everything would work out great

Not only do these shoes look great, but they are also very comfortable. I have other Cole Haan shoes but for blue flat sneaker type, I usually chose Vans. This time I decided to go with a shoe that was still simple, stylish but something that I could wear in a casual office setting. These blue shoes definitely check all the boxes and they are super lightweight. You can’t go wrong with this pair of blue shoes…

My favorite shoe of all time was your Grand Crosscourt II in Navy leather. The most comfortable, soft, beautiful shoe ever. I mistakenly thought the Grand Crosscourt Modern Tennis Sneaker was your update on that perfect shoe. I was wrong - it was crude, uncomfortable, and unattractive. My usual size (11.5) was too tight. So awful that you discontinued the greatest shoe ever.

My teen was wearing track shoes with slacks to school, nice restaurants, etc. Uh-uh. I bought these to give him a "dress up" alternative and he likes them. Now he wears fashion sneakers for dressier occasions and his regular sneakers everywhere else. Later, I bought a pair of them for myself to wear with jeans. Very comfortable and appropriate for middle-age men too.

I like the look and general feel of these shoes. It's my first pair, and I will probably buy another pair. If I have anything that I would improve, I think the shoes could be a tad wider (I'll try to remember that when I buy the next pair), and have the lacing slightly looser so that the shoes could be slipped on and off without untying (I'm lazy and hate bending over).
