Cole Haan Men's Grand Crosscourt Modern Perf Sneaker

I'm normally a 13 but technically a 12.5 (if only this size existed). I bought these in white and the 13 ended up being wayyyy to big. Swapped for a 12 and the width is a little tight, but the length is perfect with about half inch space up front. With this knowledge in hand I bought a 12 in brown - and these are too small! Toe is right up against the front. Currently waiting for the 13s to arrive and hoping for the best. Be prepared for a little trial and error if you happen to fall between sizes, want the same style in multiple colors, or aren't familiar with Cole Haan sizing.

Very light weight. It's almost unsettling at first how light it is compared to other shoes. I saw some wrinkles in the crease area after one wear and was really worried that these would not look good after a couple more wears but it seems to have worked themselves out and they are not as prominent. It's like the shoe just needed to get a little soft and worn in it. I'm liking them very much for my couple says I have to take the train and walk a couple blocks in the city.

My teen was wearing track shoes with slacks to school, nice restaurants, etc. Uh-uh. I bought these to give him a "dress up" alternative and he likes them. Now he wears fashion sneakers for dressier occasions and his regular sneakers everywhere else. Later, I bought a pair of them for myself to wear with jeans. Very comfortable and appropriate for middle-age men too.

I like the look and general feel of these shoes. It's my first pair, and I will probably buy another pair. If I have anything that I would improve, I think the shoes could be a tad wider (I'll try to remember that when I buy the next pair), and have the lacing slightly looser so that the shoes could be slipped on and off without untying (I'm lazy and hate bending over).

I purchased as a gift however their appearance is verry cool and I have no doubt my son is going to love! But what really impressed me was the great customer service I received when UPS lost my package. I contacted Cole Haan and tld them my problem. They waived the 10-15 days to search for it and just sent me another pair. 4 days to spare before the birthday party.

Bought these shoes for my husband, they look great and he says they are pretty comfy. He had a wide foot and did not have to size up at all. He says his feet do fill the shoe out when he walks but not enough to have warranted going up in size or enough to be uncomfortable. Overall, happy with the purchase!

I ordered this shoe in British tan and white.I already owned a pair in white but wanted another. The british tan was made in vietnam, as one the white pair I already owned. The new white one delivered to me was made in India. Very pooor quality, uncomfortable, and does not even fit the same.

Husband favorite shoes. If you wear them everyday they will start fading and the soles stain easily. He never cleaned them or sealed them. Just bought his second pair to wear down. Told him to use his old for the yard and exercising type stuff and the new ones for work and church only...
