Bad communication

I have had a number of excellent orders with extremely quick delivery from Shoe Co. This one however lacked communication from the start. This shoe apparently has to come directly from the supplier which has delayed the shipping now into the third week. It would be fine if Shoe Co. Would have made me aware of the status but they didn't and the info in my order status still shows that it hasn't been picked up. I have communicated twice with Shoe Co. And they assure me that the shoes are on the way. It sounds like a glitch in the system but it didn't need to happen with a little bit of communication. Thanks

Clark’s - always a winner for both of us!

My husband, a terrible shopper, finds these “quite comfortable”- for him that is huge. I am delighted that there is a brand and size that he actually likes. They are pretty hard to slip on, but I hope they will become easier with use. They look good and seem stable and sturdy.

Wide should be wide enough but…

My husband has a very high arch, the only way he could get the good looking shoe on was with no socks, which does not make me, debating on whether to return and exchange the slip ons for the extra wide in his shoe size.

I bought this shoe in blue to replace my sneakers. I try to stay with Clark brand shoes since they always feel and look good and generally are a safe bet to be true to size when ordering online. I recommend them.
