Nice shoes, but...

Nice looking shoes, and since it is from Clarks, we trust that the shoes were going to be super comfortable. However, the back of the shoes doesnt have any soft material or cushion, so my husband wore the shoes three times, and the shoes are rubbing against the back of his heels, which we ladies know how that feels. Because he wore it, we can't even return it. What a waste. I certainly lost some confidence in clarks brand shoes now.
