Good looking boots that fill an important gap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adidas is my go-to brand for athletic footwear. I can always expect the size to be accurate and these Terrex Anylander Mid hiking shoes are no exception. I don’t think this type of shoe is going to replace the traditional hiking boot as far as looks and handling long, tough hikes, but that being said, they are good looking athletic shoes that fill the gap between the traditional sneaker and the boot. They provide good ankle support and traction on wet ground. They are waterproof and clean up easily. They pair well with shorts, jeans, or casual pants. I can’t speak to their long-term durability at this time but I expect they will be around for quite a while.

Yes, I recommend this product.

The value to benefit ratio is great on these boots

I enjoyed the different color way options available. I wish they had some lime green colors, like they do with other variants of their higher end hiking boots, but these are still really great looking. They fit true to size, they are decently comfortable, but if I could change one thing it's the insoles. Those could use more comfort, but what an easy fix. Since these are basically entry level hiking boots the value proposition is here, especially if they ever go on sale. They keep you dry and look clean, what a steal.

How can they be this light, but so tough?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up ina mountain town and hiking was life. I've tried a myriad of brands in the hiking/outdoor space and hadn't thought to try Adidas. They needed no breaking in, are extremely light, and provide solid support. They also have enough outer rigidity to protect the toes in case you're a little clumsy out on the trail, or out rock hopping up a creek. I just got back from a hike-to-camp trip and am ecstatic with the performance of these shoes! I rarely write reviews, but these are worth the recommendation!

SIZE: longer but the width is perfect so it a average width SHOE QUALITY: Not comfortable like a running shoe but firm for rocky rough terrain, which is perfect. The material is definitely strong Personal: I would be wearing these shoes if through construction, rainy, and rough terrain so I find these perfect for the price and quality is good and light. ADVISE: Say you’re actually going proper hiking through mountains for super long distances. Get a more expensive hiking shoe with comfort future’s.

Super stiff and lacks cushion under the sole!

I expected much better, especially for the price & brand reputation. These shoes seriously lack cushioning, making them uncomfortable for hiking/walking. As someone trying Adidas for the first time, this has been a letdown—and probably my last purchase from the brand. I regret straying from Skechers, my go-to for comfortable footwear. While I could return these, the hassle isn’t worth it. Instead, I’ve already ordered a reliable pair of walking sneakers from Skechers. Lesson learned.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Best purchase ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sneakers truly stand out because of their perfect balance between comfort, style, and performance. The cushioning feels soft yet responsive, making them ideal for long walks or workouts. I also love the sleek design — they look great with both sportswear and casual outfits. The breathable material keeps my feet cool, and the grip on the sole gives me confidence on any surface. Overall, they make every step feel light and effortless — easily one of my favorite pairs so far!

Terrex is perfect for my active lifestyle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these (my third pair of mid hikers) but they were too big and I tried to exchange them but no size 10 on sale. Most of my Adidas footwear is size 10.5. BUMMER! Other than that, the look is fantastic. I know this style and have other Terrex shoes with this sole. I won't wear anything but these on the trails with my dogs. I also know they are going to keep my feet dry in that tall wet grass in the morning. Great support and feel. Comfortable to wear for extended periods.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great design and comfort, but a bit roomy

My regular size in adidas sneakers is 7.5, and I ordered these boots in that size. However, just like with other adidas models I’ve purchased recently, I noticed they feel a bit roomy both in the heel and the toe box. Despite this, I decided to keep them because by adding an insole they felt more snug and comfortable. So if you’re looking for a tighter fit, it might be worth considering going half a size down or using insoles. I’ll see how they perform with regular use.

Yes, I recommend this product.
