Ugg lowmels

I got the shoes as a gift and wanted to exchange them to get something i like better but they wouldn't allow exchanges even though the shoes were brand new and I even had the receipt. I was very disappointed beacuse at browns they allow exchange.

Usually wear a 6.5- 7 (average foot width),ordered size 7, fit is true to size. They are a little snug that is usually the case with some Uggs after trying on a few times they should loosen up a little...beautiful neutral color and very warm.

Love these shoes. They are amazingly warm and comfortable. No issues being on my feet all day in them, they seem to go with just about any casual clothing very well. These were worth the purchase.
