I ordered these in red, size 7.5. They sent blue, size 6.5. I communicated with the service email address they provide twice. In over a week, they have not replied, but have sent a request for a review of the shoes. We finally drove an hour to the DSW in Barrie to exchange the incorrect pair. The sales associate there took care of everything efficiently and I was in and out in about five minutes. I will absolutely never order from the online again.

I love these shoes! They are so ridiculously comfortable - I made sure to get them in black, navy and tan just to cover all my basic favorites. I would highly recommend these as a quick slip and go shoe - you just can not go wrong.
