did not get my item

I but it for my wife as a birthday gift, website promise to deliver before birthday, After long time waiting, I called Purolator but unfortunately they returned the item to the shoe company because the address was not clear in the shipping slip even Purolator did not have my email or number in there end to inform me, ( I punch my address correctly in the shoe compony website ), finally i have received a phone call from new Westminster branch that my item is in that location then they suggested to send my item to the north Vancouver branch. it is too late , after 12 days after birthday. it was a very bad experience.

What has Clark's done to their shoes??? Ugh!!!!

I've worn Clark's forever, so now that it's time to replace them, I found this cute pair. OMG. Blister city. I tried on so many pairs of Clark's, and every single one has this weird insole thing; I even tried on different insoles. This particular shoe has this elastic on the inner foot area that almost immediately gave me blisters. Returned.

They r nice shoes but my feet slide sideways when i walked in them so i knew that that woukd b a problem so i had to send them back
