Terrible quality

I recently purchased the Sorel winter boot Explorer 2 for $176.03 and am really disappointed.When I wear them,my feet feel wet,and it seems like there's moisture inside.Given the price I paid,I expected much better quality.I'm very dissatisfied with the purchase and would like to know how I can return them or exchange for something isn't from the Sorel BRAND ,as the quality is terrible teribble.

Excellent boots. Comfortable warm weatherproof size fits. Someone at Dave’s asked where he could get them and could he take a pic. Stylish practical and feel great in snow and ice. Grip was superb

Wore these for the first time at a holiday light show. It was about 30 degress outside, my feet were toasty, the boots are very comfortable, have great traction, and are very lightweight.
