Skechers Men's Garver Louden 3 Strap Sandal

The back strap where it loops around and is secured by Velcro is causing a bad rub on my inside of foot. It’s too painful to wear these sandals

My Husband has very bad feet! He was wearing a pair of sandals he purchased 15 years ago from a podiatry store. He went back and they couldn’t help saying that they don’t carry sandals that size anymore. My husband needs 13 D. We went to the Shoe company and found him a pair of Sketchers size 13 D and he loves them. So comfortable and we were surprised that we could find such a selection in his size. They had many others like Columbia etc. Thanks we were pretty grateful that you had his size and comfortable too!

Quick shipping, nice look, nice fit, good price. The strap that goes across the top of the foot was sewn with too much of the padding on one side which left the very hard thread rubbing into my skin. I took a file and removed as much of the very hard thread as needed, this made walking in them possible. More care is needed in the sewing department.

Not the best sandal I’ve owned that’s for sure. Got a bunch of air bubbles in the memory foam I keep popping them and new ones show up

bought the sandal as i have to travel to USA , very first day one of the sandal ripped of from the front and i called up customer service the response received was since you bought the sandals from the shop we cannot do anything. the shop was DSW -brampton (trinity),

Went into DSW with extremely sore feet, wondering how I'd be able to test footwear? Came across Skechers' Garver Louden sandals in my size (consecutive sizes). They fit very close to true size, maybe 1/2 size large. _ Long story short, my extremely sore feet now have a plush sandal to cradle them around home. The fabric insole really added to the comfort in a warm environment. The only grip I have is the over arch strap could be longer, on my size 12 feet there is only about 1 cm of hook & loop closure connected. _ I'm not kidding about these being a good replacement for a medical boot either, days lated I got 2 pairs as gifts. Nice to have custom sized healing boots, instead of oversized ones. So, if you see this, keep this use in mind.

I ordered these shoes for my husband and he really likes them except after wearing them for a week now has bad sores on his toes where the front strap goes over the foot. The two straps from each side are thicker than the Velcro strap and they rub on the toes causing bad sores as the ends are so thick. What can be done to make it a smooth and even under side all the way across? Help! mary

Great everyday wear kinda sandal, works well for travelling to hotter countries and not having to worry about it getting damaged. Only wish the materials were leather but overall comfy and fits well. Can't complain with the pricing vs Birkenstocks totally different uses. This ones more for walking around sightseeing.
