Sam Edelman Women's Hazel Heeled Pump Leather

These are a true medium width. I usually have to size up to an 8 from a 7.5 in heels to avoid toe crowding, but the 7.5 fit right out of the box. Logged 8 hrs in these at a wedding event and only experienced discomfort because I haven't been in heels for 2 years. No blisters, no excess sweating, no weird pressure points, great balance (you won't fall over in these), and they stayed on my feet while dancing (no heel slip). Very elegant looking, and a good neutral shade for my skin tone (yellow/pink/neutral and fair). Felt confident, sexy, and stable in these. The classic nude pump gap in my closet is now filled. I own the Hazel in many different colors, and I always love how consistent they are. The leather is good quality so it does take a few wears to bend to your foot. That’s normal. I am almost always a 7.5 medium width and these heels never give me blisters, never expand too much, and never fall off my heels. I don’t like to say any high heels are comfortable because people think comfortable heels are going to feel like a cloud when you I say that, but this shoe is structured and supportive enough to withstand an office workday, happy hour afterwards, a wedding and reception—you name it.

Beautiful shoes. Unfortunately the fit is irregular. I'm a 7.5 in every brand, these shoes run smaller and for some reason one foot is significantly tighter than the other. My other pairs of SE shoes do not feel this way but all feel different. They are extremely uncomfortable and I cannot return since I wore them around the house to see if I could break them in a little. The beige is definitely a darker beige/tan and not a light, pink-undertone traditional nude. I guess I will sacrifice comfort for the look though. Definitely go to a store to try before buying.

Because I love suede, I got the pair in black suede. These heels fit really well. I have very narrow feet but the 6M fits exactly - no problems with space at the heel. (I usually purchase medium width anyway.) Though they're certainly not kitten heels, these shoes are very easy to walk in. They dress up any outfit, even regular jeans. I absolutely love this pair. The diamond of initials on the back is a lovely detail. The design is just so classic and the shoe fits so well. The pointed toe adds height (my being a petite). This shoes looks so elegant and timeless, you can't go wrong. Initially, I was concerned to be spending this much money on a pair of shoes, but after receiving them, I believe these are well worth the price. I'm really glad I chose this brand.

I have bought these since I was working at an art gallery standing all day for clients and standing for hours at artist shows. I prefer smooth leather instead of patent plus I feel they break in easier. I always buy mine a size 5.5 or 6.0 but my feet are 6.5. I like having the heels mould to my feet thru wearing them a while. They hurt for a week pinching my heel and toes but once formed to me are beyond comfy. I dont know why more women dont buy a size or half size small and get a real custom fit. I learned to do this from louboutin sales girls because they advise the same thing. The other heels I now wear almost daily are the sam edelman danna style. I find them even more comfy and my balance feels perfect in them. So buy the danna or the hazel and love that you can wear comfy sexy shoes every day.

I bought these shoes about 4 months ago and am already having to take them to be repaired because the tip of the heel wore down and came off on one of them. I wear them regularly but would have expected them to last longer than just a few months. They are beautiful and stylish, but there are many other companies with very similar styles, so I will try one of those next time.

I wish there were more ways to score these. I'd give the general fit five stars. But comfort, two or three at best. I have a small foot but wide toes and it's so hard for me to find a good pointy toe pump that doesn't pinch -- and these actually don't! They are true to size in the best way (I got 7.5W) and I do feel my foot is well balanced for this height. For that reason only I'm keeping them. But they lose a star because there's nothing else comfortable or unique about them. Specifically, Sam Edelman pumps used to have a lot more squish in the soles. Now it's just hard and unforgiving like every other pump -- super disappointing that they've cheaped out on this. Additionally I find the inside material sticky and uncomfortable; will def create blisters and I was hoping not to have to manage this. But again... keeping them because they don't pinch toes. I'm really hoping that the shoe relaxes as I break it in.

This is the most comfortable heel I have ever owned. It is just the right height and the medium width is my perfect fit... it fits like a glove. The inside of the heel feel soft and cushioned and I can use them all day as I go to multiple appointments and not have sore feet at the end of the day. I have them in multiple colors. Highly recommend them!!
