Great shoe, poor customer experience

The shoe itself was fantastic. I did go down a size. But comfortable and very nice. I returned as I didn’t need it in the end, and unfortunately the return process was at your Burlington Ontario store was terrible. Very rude, and arrogant. I would never return to that location.
