Too Small
I ordered my typical size but these even after a couple of months they are still uncomfortable. They are too tight over the top part of my foot. I would recommend upsizing unless you have a narrow foot. Since I think they don’t fit properly, I’m not seeing a lot of benefit to them.

So comfortable!
