Highly disappointed with DSW

I bought my Skechers couple weeks ago and after few days my feet started to hurt due bad finish inside my shoe.I came back to DSW store and try to find out resolution.Menager Sammy informed me that I can't get anything since I wore shoes.How is that even possible.I just left store drove to Sport check and bought new shoes.Store manager told me any problems with your shoes in next 60days come back we will gladly replace or refund your money

My left foot was measured at your store as a size 12.5 whereas my right was measured at size 12, now that I’m in my 30s I need proper fitting shoes and I wasn’t able to order one as a size 12.5, I’ve used this brand since 2005 and really don’t wanna try finding a new shoe but if I have to I gotta do what I gotta do

NB 520 is the best

I have had these shoes for a long time. This is my second purchase, and I really like the comfort, especially since the NB 520 comes in an extra-wide size, which is excellent. I was not happy with other models until I found this at The Shoe Co.

The extra wide isn't extra wide anymore

I have the v7 in extra wide and bought the v9 in extra wide. For some reason the toe box is smaller and doesn't fit my wife feet. NB used to be my go-to but I've had to go elsewhere for my last two athletic shoe purchases. Very disappointing.

It is nice shoe, breathing and comfortable. I enjoy to put it. But it is a bit shakey while walking to every side due to softness and it little bit effecting the balace.

Fits perfectly and very comfortable but it’s definitely not an extra wide shoe. I have a aaa width foot and using orthotics in this shoe makes it wearable for me
