Not very comfortable
I recently bought these and I normally really like Naturalizer shoes, but these boots are not as comfortable as I was hoping. The sole feels pretty thin compared to other Naturalizer boots I’ve had, hardly any padding at the ball of the foot. Wish there was more cushion. I tried adding insoles, but it makes them too tight and uncomfortable in a different way. I definitely feel like they were way overpriced for the quality.

Weird footing boot, very uncomfortable
The boot is very good-looking, but it is sooo uncomfortable because the ankle area is very loose. I have normal-to-larger-sized ankles, but the fit is still poor on this boot. I also tried sizing down, but that didn’t work either because the heel became very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the fit just doesn’t work for me despite how nice the boot looks.

Noticable drop in quality
I'm not one to leave a lot of reviews, but I've been wearing Naturalizer shoes and boots for years, this pair was a real disappointment. After a few months of wear, 2-3x a week, the rubber sole has cracked and the underside of both toes is nearly worn through. I'm not sure they will even last six months. The heels have worn down very quickly as well. For Naturalizer, this is not what I expected. The insoles are stiffer and less comfortable and the leather on this pair is noticeably thinner and more easily damaged than pairs I've bought as recently as a couple years ago. Poor quality, and no longer worth the price point. Very disappointing.

Disappointing
Comfortable, and reasonably stylish for work. Unforunately, very poor craftmanship. Within the first day of wearing them (inside my clinic), the leatherette heel has already peeled. After a week of daily wear (walking inside my office, and the only outdoor walk is meters from my car into the building, and previous to the snow/salt) they look awful. Particularly the heel (presume from driving and rubbing on the car mat?) Given the price point, would not recommend these despite the comfort.

Very Stylish
I haven’t worn much. So far good. Fit was perfect. I did have the heel lifts changed because they are killers. Very hard plastic makes it easy to slip. This should be corrected.

Great fit and comfortable

Perfect for wide feet girlies
I have wide feet and I ordered these boots in size 7.5 and they fit perfectly. They look stylish, they are comfortable, and material is good. I absolutely recommend these boots.

For The High-Archers
I love everything about this boot: the heel height, the elongated toe, the color, the discrete zipper, but I love the comfortability the most. Absolutely worth the money. I have a high arch and I noticed the arch support right when I tried them on. They are comfortable for walking and standing, whereas budget boots hurt my feet literally within the first few steps. I’m a 7.5 and bought a 7.5.

Nice bootie but very slippery heel lift
This bootie fits well although a little on the large size. I’m a bit disappointed that it is split leather therefore inside is fabric and not full leather top in and out. I like the design of the heel with the heel itself flaring out at bottom therefore offering more stability.

Pointy but wide!
I bought these boots for work some time ago and despite the pointed toe, they are very comfortable, as available in 'wide'. My only concern is that due to the pointed toe - the leather gets more wear and tear than I had anticipated, so they became damaged sooner than I expected around the toe area.

Comfortable boots - wish they made a 10.5
Nice boots, they look chic and are super comfortable to wear all day. I'm very happy with the short heel (I'm 5'8"). I just wish companies would make a women's size 10.5 so that I don't have to buy boots that are either a bit too big, or a bit too small. Half sizes shouldn't disappear after size 10!

Size-inclusive and comfy!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are so cute, well-made and size inclusive!!!! I wear a 12W and it is nearly impossible to find cute shoes that are affordable and actually FIT. Besides the fact that they actually fit my foot, they are comfortable, durable and very stylish. I got mine in exchange for my opinion and will be keeping an eye out for another pair.

Poor quality leather.
I loved the style of the boot and the heel height is perfect. However, after only a handful of wears (purchased this fall), the leather toe is peeling already! The boots were worn in dry conditions each time for my office job where the only walking I did was indoors or to a parking lot. Prior to wearing, I even took care to use a leather protector spray. I wanted to love these but given the poor quality of the leather, I would not recommend these at all. I’m shocked at how poor quality these boots are because Naturalizer shoes have never disappointed me before!
