Kelly & Katie Lane Loafer

I bought these a few weeks ago and they are nice. I’ve gotten several compliments on them. They’re comfortable enough to wear in the office all day where I have to get up and walk around relatively frequently. The only down side is I don’t feel they’re truly wide width. I normally wear a size 8 wide width, but with these I had to get an 8.5 wide width and the heel will slip off when I walk cuz they’re a bit too long. The 8 wide was just too tight though. I wear them without socks because they rest too low on the foot to allow for low rise socks, so I will probably get a heel insert thing to help so they don’t slide off.

These shoes are really cute and comfy, but I’m having the hardest time breaking them in. These shoes have now given me two blisters on both of my heels on two separate occasions. I tried the ‘walk around the house in thick socks’ and ‘blow dryer’ method but that just didn’t seem to work. I made sure to get a wide in these shoes because I have a wide foot but I didn’t know that it would make the shoe more snug. I even tried these on in the store to make sure I wasn’t getting the right size. I got an 8 W because I was walking out of the 8.5 W in the store. It’s too late to return these now and now I’m scared to wear these shoes again because I’m afraid I’ll get more blisters.

I bought these for work and enjoyed the first two weeks wearing them, they were really comfy. By the second week the right shoe had no support and I found a hole where the back of the shoe meets the sole and assumed that was issue. I tried glueing it with shoe glue and it kinda helped but not really. I got a second pair and the same thing happened to the right shoe. Literally when standing up, the right sole would bulge out; I’m unsure it is my weight or just a defect but I was very disappointed.

The first 4 or 5 hours I wore this shoe, it was comfortable. Super cute. BUT!! They seem to have stretched out. By the end of the day, they were flopping as I walked and WOULD NOT STAY ON MY HEEL! I tried wearing them a second time, this time with thick socks on. Same problem. It's so strange because they feel like they fit, but they just won't stay on!! I literally step completely out of them, almost fell a few times. I purchased the wide width in a half size smaller than I usually wear.

i'm typically a size 8 in sneakers and 7.5 in sandals, so i bought the black in an 8 but had to exchange for 7.5. the 7.5 fit in terms of length and width (i have narrow feet). however, my heels kept slipping out when walking, so i decided i need to return. i agree with another reviewer that the chunky sole and stiffness (and that the top of the shoe does not come all the way to the ankle like typical sneakers) contribute to the slippage. the sole feels comfortable and padded otherwise.

Received these shoes today. They are prettier in person and I love the brown color. The shoes are a bit heavy but I don't mind it. The insoles are nicely cushioned. I purchased my usual size 7. The right shoe feels snug at the toe box and the left shoe is too big! My heel comes out when I walk. I tried with socks and it's the same problem. I thought well maybe I was sent a bigger size. The size is not visible on the inside of the shoe. It looks almost as if it was removed.
